What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide (HHA) position at Divine Angels Home Care?
Divine Angels Home Care is looking for caring, compassionate, and dependable home health aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in clients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
As a home health aide, you'll work 1-on-1 with your client inside their home, and support them with the following ADL's:
- Light house cleaning
- Running Errands
- Medication Reminder
- Assist with eating
- Client transportation
- Shopping
- Dressing
- Personal Care
- Companionship
- Meal Preparation
