PART TIME! FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! THIS IS A PAY PER VISIT ONLY 1099 CONTRACTOR POSITION.
A qualified RN Intake Specialist at our Home Care agency will perform the initial client evaluation, perform supervisory visits and develop the plan of care. Visits MUST BE ON SITE. No Virtual Visits.
- Current RN license in state of practice.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Ability to accurately and thoroughly assess patients telephonically, virtually, and/or face to face
- Works well with others in a team environment and independent.
- Professional, dependable, innovative problem solver, flexible, organized, and task oriented. This role requires a regular schedule of 15-20 hours per week (6 hours on 3 days), with specific days and times negotiable. Work will take place in a combination of clients’ homes, our Inman Park office and your home or other remote location.
Job Duties
1. Certify and Review Care notes each visit.
2. Physically review the client. Review the environment and make suggestions.
3. Record Fuel so that reimbursement can be made. Fuel is reimbursed from client 1's home to the last client's home.
4. Be able to sit in in a group orientation to inform employees of expectations for being an aide. This will be paid hourly.
5. Complete an evaluation each visits very 62 days for each client.
5. Be able to juggle 30-40 clients for the region.
