Divine Brothers is seeking individuals who have excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and don't mind getting a little dirty at work. Our compound department ships out products to multiple companies looking to shine up their metal products.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to specific formulas and recipes
- Operate machinery and equipment to blend, compound, and package materials
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and production output
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas as required
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating machinery
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating ingredient quantities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Compensation:
Base Rate: $18.75/hr.
Hourly Adder: An additional $1.00/hr will be paid for meeting the following criteria:
- A combination of Worked hours/PTO/Holiday time equal at least 40 hours for the week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.75 - $19.75 per hour
