- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and document any significant observations.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
Skills
- Strong background in caregiving or direct support roles, with experience in home health or long-term care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and memory care strategies is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while providing care for individuals with diverse needs.
