Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients while upholding our eco-friendly cleaning standards. Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning protocols and use non-toxic products provided by Divine Cleaning.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with clients.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards and client satisfaction.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
- Follow assigned schedules and complete cleaning checklists.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues encountered during cleaning.
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required – we provide training!
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working with eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
