Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide innovative services.
- Perform straight razor shaves and other barbering techniques as needed.
- Recommend hair care products that suit clients' needs.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling, barbering, and hair extensions.
- Valid cosmetology license is required.
- Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior stylists is a plus.

Pay: $14.48 - $16.66 per hour
