- Facilitate guest services during events, including registration, seating arrangements, and food service.
- Utilize conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during events professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services is preferred.
- Skills in public speaking and theater can enhance guest engagement during events.
- Experience working with children is a plus for family-oriented events.
- Familiarity with food service practices is beneficial for catering events.
- Background in events management or experience working at resorts will be advantageous.
