Duties

- Monitor children's progress and provide constructive feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth in young children.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with caregiving practices for infants and toddlers is highly desirable.
- Experience working with students who have disabilities is a plus.
- Background in daycare operations or nannying can be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff are essential.
