Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting a love for learning.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool children.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's growth.
  • Monitor children's progress and provide constructive feedback to parents regarding their development.
  • Organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth in young children.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
  • Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities as necessary.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with caregiving practices for infants and toddlers is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with students who have disabilities is a plus.
  • Background in daycare operations or nannying can be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff are essential.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.96 - $14.81 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
