Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Job Description
- Working to improve, enrich and respect the lives of individuals with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities
- Documenting in compliance with the agency's policy and procedures
- Supervising individuals with their Activities of Daily Life
- Administering daily medications
- Assisting with day-by-day operations of the residence in accordance with regulatory requirements, agency policy, and quality program standards.
- Assisting individuals in the development of appropriate behavioral, social, money management, housekeeping, hygiene, and other skills necessary to reach their highest level of potential
- Complying with agencies policy and procedures

Education :
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience :
Healthcare - 1 year (Preferred)
