Qualifications and Requirements:
-Compassion for our residents ensuring the highest quality of care.
-Experience in Long-Term/Skilled Nursing Care, DON experience preferred.
-Strong clinical skills related to elder care both in long-term care and short-stay post-acute rehabilitation settings.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PCC, and E-mars preferred.
-BA or BS in a related field preferred, with a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
-CPR Certification.
-Must have a flexible schedule including availability on occasional weekends, evenings, or holidays.
