Duties
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
- Utilize software tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Oversee outside sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
- Provide technical sales support, addressing customer inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to foster professional growth.
- Develop strategies for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Managing a Solar Canvassing team
- Minimum 1 Year on doors experience
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or customer service environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Experience in outside sales or technical sales is a plus.
- or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
