Duties
- Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Conduct thorough presentations and demonstrations of solar products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
- Lead outreach efforts in your assigned territory through outside sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in energy sales or technical sales; solar sales experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions.
