This Role:
The Project Coordinator is the primary point of contact after customer orders are placed. They are responsible for managing a variety of variables to ensure that our client's projects are completed properly and done on time.
Who You Are:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the stone or construction industry or similar field, is preferred. Significant computer skills and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Proven ability to converse pleasantly with homeowners and contractors while multitasking numerous projects at the same time.
- A friendly, warm personality that enjoys talking to people.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing schedules.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all projects from time of sale to final installation.
- Learn and become an expert for our CRM system and help to train future employees on its use.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors on-site to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
