This role verifies appropriate billing rates, approves and follows up on expiring contracts with appropriate field personnel, and monitors the Not to Exceed amounts of all contracts alerting National Accounts of its discrepancies.

Job Summary:
The Contract Admin is responsible for ensuring the approval and process administration of all provider contracts. This role verifies appropriate billing rates, approves and follows up on expiring contracts with appropriate field personnel, and monitors the Not to Exceed amounts of all contracts alerting National Accounts of its discrepancies.
What You'll Do:
- Review and approve all contracts submitted from the field through CRM.
- Open contracts stored in pending state, verify all required information is provided, dates are correct, and that there are no active contracts that coincide with new contract.
- Take steps to correct duplicate contracts by contacting the field for resolution.
- Verify pricing of new contract with National Accounts.
- Responsible for all contracts renewals/changes/cancelations and provider service agreements from the national sales and account teams.
- Ensure that contracts awarded through National Accounts teams are sent to the appropriate field personnel for acceptance by the provider through signature.
- Responsible for maintaining the Expiring/Canceled Contract Report reviewed by the Executive Team on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of all contracts, as well as documenting any changes or amendments that may arise during implementation or execution.
- Assist in the development of procedures used to approve and/or terminate the use of a Provider.
- Ensure that new customers are entered into CRM.
- Develop, coordinate, and administer an annual provider survey, summarize results and put forth recommendations to management on charges as a result of the feedback.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Thorough understanding of and strong working knowledge of Excel to include experience with the development of formulas and other functionality.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of knowledge of CRM and GP’s reporting.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
- Demonstrated experience always maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, exercising excellent judgement, and maintaining a positive perspective.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and cite examples of experience working in an environment with a high degree of stress/time demands associated with heavy volumes and multiple demands.
- Proven experience identifying and solving problems while streamlining processes to continuously improve productivity and output.
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
