Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies to help guide business strategy and improve operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Identify and build integrations with other business tools/applications to optimize processes.
- Analyze client's business, systems, and workflow processes and come up with solutions that meet customer's needs.
- Continuous documentation for application configuration, customization, and integration.
- Coordinate and execute testing with end users to ensure successful implementation.
- Build reports and dashboards for end users and management.
- Develop custom forms, pages, and workflow designs.
- Develop, and automate data feeds using scripting languages into and out of the application(s).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop ideal business processes and automate manual work.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on advanced analytics, reporting and business insights.
- Basic understanding of using ML algorithms to solve real business problems.
- 1 years of experience using Python.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Understanding of data analysis tools and languages.
- Working knowledge of database management systems.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail oriented with an inquisitive ability for problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work independently and take initiative on assigned projects.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
