Job Summary:

DMG’s Fulfillment Platform is at the heart of connecting our customers and suppliers, supporting key activities like work verification, proposal management, and invoicing. As a Product Manager on the Fulfillment Platform team, you will drive the vision and development of tools that empower Operations Coordinators and Managers enabling them to deliver on our promise of speed, quality, and value to our customers.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in automating and enhancing fulfillment processes through the strategic use of Large Language Models, advanced machine learning techniques, and AI-driven solutions. You will shape AI-powered experiences that reduce manual touchpoints and foster a touchless work execution environment—maximizing efficiency, real-time visibility, and operational excellence. By building scalable AI products and integrated services, you will help ensure DMG remains a leader in customer-centric, technology-driven facility maintenance services.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with design and engineering to build intuitive and effective solutions that support internal teams and improve customer outcomes.
  • Increase automation and reduce variability in task completion by designing tools and workflows that leverage AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, including LLMs and other machine learning models, to enhance operational efficiency and optimize workflows for Operations and Field teams.
  • Develop real-time reporting and tracking capabilities to enhance field team effectiveness.
  • Work across multiple product teams to deliver cohesive, user-friendly solutions.
  • Own and drive the roadmap for DMG’s Fulfillment Platform, with a strong focus on automating processes at scale, enabling advanced AI features, and improving the overall speed and reliability of service delivery.
  • Own opportunities to enhance task prioritization and automation, efficiency, management, and real-time visibility for our Operations and Field teams.
  • Identify product opportunities by developing a deep understanding of user problems, technology solutions and company capabilities.
  • Participate in product planning across multiple product teams.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective.
  • Create epics, themes, and user stories to define product requirements.
  • Actively collaborate with design and engineering throughout the product lifecycle – from design through delivery.
  • Work effectively across product teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
  • Create and execute product go-to-market plans.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years in product management or 3 years of relevant experience with an MBA.
  • Proven track record of successful product delivery, even in the face of obstacles.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Demonstrated experience (or strong aspiration) in conceptualizing and executing product strategies that leverage Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
  • Ability to spot high-value AI use cases that reduce manual work, drive automation, and enhance user experiences.
  • Technical Fluency in AI/ML Concepts.
  • Understanding of the AI/ML product development lifecycle, including data collection, feature engineering, model training, MLOps, and post-deployment monitoring.
  • Experience creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML-powered features.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
