Supports the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems. Leads and/or coordinates conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures. Participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution in relation to assigned projects. Provides go live support and serves as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and trouble-shooting.

Role Description
As an Epic Certified Research Analyst/Builder, you be responsible for identifying, evaluating, analyzing and recommending changes in support of assigned applications/systems including ongoing production maintenance and trouble-shooting. Supports the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems. Leads and/or coordinates conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures. Participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution in relation to assigned projects. Provides go live support and serves as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and trouble-shooting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the Epic Research Module system development life cycle
- Provide product function, design, build, and testing expertise for the Epic Research Module
- Collaborate with end users to design, build and optimize their Epic system in a timely and high-quality manner
- Create documentation of business requirements, current and future state workflows
- Ensure appropriate follow-up questions, and workflows/configuration clarifications are completed and documented
- Coordinate all testing phases of associated applications during implementations and upgrades
- Design, build, and configure within assigned Epic system modules and any supporting third- party applications
- Develop and maintain system process documentation and outlines process steps using appropriate tools
- Communicate with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation
- Review, analyze, and evaluate system needs to develop recommendations for customers
- Adhere to client standards for system configuration and change control
- Troubleshoot and/or resolve application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate
- Must be Epic Research Certified
- Must have deep knowledge of the Epic Research Module
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience with an Epic implementation
- Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
