We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact IT initiatives within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex healthcare IT projects, with proven expertise in Epic implementations and optimizations, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives, including Epic system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports
• Utilize Agile frameworks to manage iterative development, coordinate sprints, facilitate stand-ups, and manage backlogs
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows across clinical and administrative teams
• Oversee ServiceNow platform projects, including request management, incident tracking, and workflow automation
• Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party consultants as needed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), IT security policies, and organizational standards
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within project teams
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a healthcare IT environment
• Proven experience with Epic applications and implementations
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM or project management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge and experience in Agile project management practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
