Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives, including Epic system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports
- Utilize Agile frameworks to manage iterative development, coordinate sprints, facilitate stand-ups, and manage backlogs
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows across clinical and administrative teams
- Oversee ServiceNow platform projects, including request management, incident tracking, and workflow automation
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party consultants as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), IT security policies, and organizational standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a healthcare IT environment
- Proven experience with Epic applications and implementations
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM or project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge and experience in Agile project management practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
