The Senior AI Measurement Governance Analyst (Technical) is responsible for the technical implementation and management of AI and automation governance and measurement initiatives, ensuring quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain technical solutions that support AI governance policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions
- Technical AI Governance and Implementation: Lead the technical design, implementation, and management of AI governance frameworks, focusing on establishing measurement metrics, maintaining AI pipeline and reporting dashboards. Develop, implement, and enforce technical AI governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure AI quality and compliance. Collaborate with IT, data science, predictive health and data teams to establish and maintain AI governance tools and technologies
- Measurement and Reporting: Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI solutions and governance initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on AI pipeline, governance compliance, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in AI measurement and governance practices
- AI Reporting and Tracking: Ensure cadenced, accurate tracking of established KPIs and metrics across various systems and databases. Implement reporting quality metrics and dashboards to track AI pipeline. Lead efforts to enhance reporting and ongoing tracking of AI solutions across the program pipeline
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operational, and IT departments, to promote and enforce AI governance practices. Engage with stakeholders to understand their technical AI governance needs and provide guidance on AI-related issues. Facilitate effective communication and reporting on AI governance activities, compliance status, and measurement issues
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to AI governance. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with AI governance policies. Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with technical AI governance initiatives
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AI governance frameworks and processes. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in AI governance. Lead initiatives to integrate new AI governance practices and technologies into existing frameworks
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping for compliance and audit purposes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical data governance, data management, or a related field within a healthcare environment
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technical data governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data governance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills in data architecture, metadata management, and data quality tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms
