About the Role - Our Longwood, FL-based landscape architecture firm is seeking an exceptional Landscape Architect / Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to deliver innovative, comprehensive design solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the profession of Landscape Architecture. They also have the project management skills to effectively coordinate and collaborate with project team members to complete project assignments and drive projects forward to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex production tasks, visit projects during construction to observe work in progress
• With limited guidance, provide design and documentation from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design
• Prepare both hand-drawn and computer-drawn graphics to illustrate design intent
• Know and follow our standards and participate in the quality review process
• Communicate with project and studio team members to manage workload
• Foster client relationships and satisfaction through active engagement, responsive communication, and effective management of client and project team changes throughout the project cycle. Develop relationships with clients and allied professionals
• Develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and promote knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement. Proactively coordinate and communicate with the Principal in Charge
• Establish and manage project parameters, oversee financial aspects, and ensure project profitability while maintaining regular communication
• Ensure high-quality technical outcomes by managing project deliverables, implementing quality procedures, and delivering solutions that meet contractual and industry standards
• Build and lead high-performing teams by strategically staffing projects, managing workflow, providing guidance / mentorship, and fostering professional development while maintaining positive team morale
• Drive business growth by leveraging project success, contributing to proposals and client presentations, and utilizing Dix.Hite capabilities to secure new opportunities
