As a Senior Landscape Architect/Project Manager at Dix.Hite, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and provide design leadership and direction from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and promote knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement
- Establish and manage project parameters, oversee financial aspects, and ensure project profitability while maintaining regular communication
- Build and lead high-performing teams by strategically staffing projects, managing workflow, providing guidance/mentorship, and fostering professional development
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience as a Senior Landscape Architect/Project Manager
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, negotiation, effective communication with project stakeholders, and technical expertise
- Leadership abilities, including coaching, guiding, and motivating project team members
