- Ensure safety standards are met; know and ensure proper use of safety and health equipment, policies, and procedures (including LOTO, Hazard Identification and Reporting, Working at Heights, etc.)
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs
- Leads and cultivates a collaborative production team
- Duties include scheduling personnel, weekly payroll submission, training, developing, and coaching employees
- Work with the team to maintain company cleanliness standards
- Lead and participate in improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness
- Ensure quality standards are met; provide effective feedback related to quality to supplier
- Communicate work priorities to optimize work performance; ensure work pace is maintained
- Recognize and solve daily operating issues
- Recognize and encourage superior performance
- Provide accurate data and information to help resolve maintenance issues
- Education / Experience: Relevant Trade Certification or Associate's Degree, or a combination of education and 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
