The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Market Manager to oversee operations and keep our farm-to-market pipeline running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day market operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and a well-stocked, vibrant store.
- Coordinate produce logistics, from delivery to the market to stocking and displaying market goods.
- Maintain quality control, ensuring all produce meets our high standards from farm to shelf.
- Supervise inventory, track sales, and help source additional items to complement our offerings.
- Train and support a small team, fostering a positive, family-oriented work environment.
- Engage with customers, share our farm’s story and build a loyal community around our market.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in retail, grocery, or farm-related management.
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
