Job Overview
Dixie Beverage is looking for a motivated individual to work from our warehouse as utility/relief driver. This position could cover any route that works out of the Winchester VA warehouse.

Merchandiser Duties:

Pick Red Bull orders for different accounts
Familiarize yourself with our extensive product lineup and daily activities
Merchandise stores, which would include delivering the beverages, getting checked in and stocking the product onto the shelf

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Utility Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks that support our operations. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including tow trucks, limousines, and buses. The Utility Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards.

Duties

Deliveries as needed
Covering vacations and any route vacancies
Cooler deliveries to accounts
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
Be familiar with handheld computers
Merchandise stores, which would include delivering the beverages, getting checked in and stocking the product onto the shelf Operate and drive various vehicles,
Load and unload materials or equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age
Must have Clean Driving Record
Pass Background Check
Must Pass DOT Physical
Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations.
