RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead team to achieve safety, quality, and production requirements
- Conduct Cell meeting with Zone Leaders
- Work with team to coordinate and implement improvement activities
- Implement and verify corrective actions
- Perform supervisory functions for the Cell by learning and adhering to the Dixon MOS (Management Operating System)
- Coach team leaders and operators
- Gather and summarize performance data
- Complete employee reviews and provide regular feedback to the team
- Promote, follow, and help establish standard work
- Lead by example

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- 2-5 years of manufacturing and production supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent degree required
