Dixon is looking for a Screw Machine Operator to join our team in Dallas, NC! As the Screw Machine Operator, you will learn how to operate multi-spindle screw machines while working with an experienced machinist. You will be given more responsibility as you follow through our screw machine training program. This person must maintain safe working habits and a clean work area. 2nd shift hours are 2:55pm - 11:25pm

Responsibilities
- Learn and operate screw machines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all processes related to machine operation and inspections
- Other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous work on machines in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to use shop mathematics
- Great attitude!

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
