Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Appliance & Furniture Delivery and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves delivering and installing major home appliances and furniture with great care, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver and install appliances and furniture in customers' homes, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every delivery.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles while following proper safety protocols.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working order.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Assist with the assembly of furniture as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50-75 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous delivery or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
