Details & Dixon’s Home Services is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Eagan, MN.
This position is completely in office and would primarily focus on closing warm leads over the phone. This position would be working closely with other departments for completing client scheduling and service.
Details & Dixon’s provides customers with a clean home, inside and out. A few of the services we offer our customers include house cleaning, window cleaning and carpet cleaning. Based in Eagan, MN, we service customers located in/near the twin cities with other offices in Maplewood, Edina, Bloomington, Golden Valley and Brooklyn Center.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of sales pipeline and processes
- Educating customers to help them choose services that best fit their needs
- Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries via email
- Responsible for customer follow up regarding estimates and new service scheduling
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Coordinating sales efforts with other departments such as scheduling and marketing
- Support customer service
Required Qualifications:
- Previous inside or outside sales experience
- Results oriented with good communication skills
- Good attitude with perseverance and strong work ethic
- Proficiency using email, CRM software and Google
- Must work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
Welcomed Qualifications:
- Experience working in Salesforce
- Customer service experience
- Cold calling experience
