Key Objectives
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire a clinical team, aligning service delivery with cutting-edge practices and organizational goals.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee clinical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations, accreditation, and best practices. Drive improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Operations Management: Manage daily clinical operations, including patient intake, staffing, and resource allocation. Coordinate care across departments for seamless, integrated services.
- Team Building & Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented clinical team. Foster professional growth and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the clinical department’s budget, optimizing resources to ensure fiscal responsibility without compromising quality of care.
- Innovation & Research: Champion clinical research initiatives and keep your team ahead of the curve by implementing the latest evidence-based practices.
- Patient-Centered Care: Ensure that patients and their families receive outstanding support and communication throughout their care journey.
- Community Relations: Act as a key representative, building partnerships and promoting the facility’s mission within the local community.
Qualifications
- Required:
- LCAS plus dual licensure (LCAS/LCSW, LCAS/LCMHC, LCAS/LMFT).
- Proven experience in clinical leadership and mental health program management.
- Deep understanding of NC mental health regulations, best practices, and patient safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Human Services, or similar).
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Certification in addiction counseling or a related field.
