Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Auditing:
• Plan, execute, and document internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9100D requirements and company policies.
• Identify non-conformities and opportunities for improvement, and work collaboratively to develop corrective actions.
• Support external audits and certification activities.
• Quality Process Improvement:
• Analyze current quality processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and best practices.
• Quality Management System (QMS) Maintenance:
• Maintain and update the QMS to align with AS9100D standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Root Cause Analysis:
• Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Fault Tree Analysis.
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address root causes effectively.
• Regulatory and Customer Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, industry, and customer-specific standards.

• Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Lead Auditor (AS9100D or ISO 9001).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• ASQ-CQPA Certification
