RESPONSIBILITIES :Plan, execute, and document internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9100D requirements and company policies.
Identify non-conformities and opportunities for improvement, and work collaboratively to develop corrective actions.
Support external audits and certification activities.

- Root Cause Analysis :
- Regulatory and Customer Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, industry, and customer-specific standards.
- Organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of AS9100D standards and QMS requirements.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Certified Lead Auditor (AS9100D or ISO 9001).
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
- ASQ-CQPA Certification
Analyze current quality processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and best practices.
Maintain and update the QMS to align with AS9100D standards and customer-specific requirements.
Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Fault Tree Analysis.
Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address root causes effectively.

Experience
Required
3-5 years :
Experience in quality systems management, internal auditing, or related roles in the aerospace or defense industry.
Preferred
Knowledge of ANSI / ASME and GD&T CMM operating, and programming
