We are looking for a business system analyst with good knowledge of the Capital Market or Wealth Management.
He/she should also have knowledge on writing and running SQLs along with good comm skills to work with customer to get the requirements, document and execute.
Resources from the East Coast are preferred.
Job Description:
Role: Business System Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) - Resources from the East Coast are preferred.
Visa: Candidates who do not need sponsorship now or in the future are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities & Core Skills:
Knowledge & hands-on experience in Asset management is a must.
Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers, business & technology stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and metadata documentation.
Work with the UX/UI team to develop user interfaces (wire frames) and user experiences for web applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions.
Perform data analysis and data mining to generate insights and recommendations using SQL
Drive functional testing of the data platform & UI.
Apply best practices and industry standards for documenting requirements, templates, etc..
Use agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage requirements.
Strong SQL and Analytical skills.
Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with senior client-side stakeholders with minimal guidance.
Domain Knowledge Investment Management
Minimum 15 years experience for onsite BA
Other Skills:
Experience meeting with the business to gather and document business requirements.
Strong leadership qualities.
