Title : SAP FICO Solution Architect
Onsite in Princeton NJ
12 months contract
The candidate should have experience of SAP functional experience with focus on Finance/ Supply chain modules with experience in working with S/4HANA 1909.
The candidate should have experience defining solutions for proposals in customer RFPs and participating in oral presentation for RFPs.
The candidate should have experience in strategizing with clients on their HANA migration strategies. Minimum of 5 lifecycle deployment in SAP ECC and 1 life cycle deployment in S/4HANA. He should be able to own and manage end to end architecture and service delivery for the SAP solutions.
The SAP Lead Solution Architect will need to have in-depth knowledge and expertise within SAP area, understand the S/4 HANA and other SAP products and work enterprise-wide implementation of SAP S/4 HANA involving people, process, and technology changes.
The SAP Lead Solution Architect will work closely with SAP CoE team, Product team, Global process owners (GPOs) in the business, and other architects to define roadmap and strategy of SAP ecosystem. They will need to understand the big picture and be able to connect dots across SAP and Non-SAP technologies and develop solutions catering to cross-technology integrations with SAP.
The SAP Lead Solution Architect will ensure the solutions being designed to fit into the broader architectural landscape and technology ecosystem meet defined Enterprise Architecture standards.
The SAP Lead Solution Architect will support enterprise application rationalization efforts to standardize technology solutions as well as to reduce the overall technology portfolio. The candidate should be able to make high-level design choices and dictate technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
The candidate should have ability to work on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business and act as adviser and coach to junior team members.
The candidate should have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills and should have proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment, across multiple countries in a hybrid model.
