Compensation : $42,000 - $85,000 (Compensation based on experience. Potential earnings could exceed the maximum listed amount based on performance.)

Responsibilities :
- Provide a fun and memorable experience for clients each time they visit
- Assist in preserving heirloom pieces
- Cultivate personalized relationships and repeat business with current and potential clients through individual clienteling efforts
- Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist with daily store duties
- Continuous learning that expands your knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings
Qualifications :
- Appreciate the craftsmanship of fine jewelry / watches
- Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items
- Professional, competent and dependable
- Previous experience in Professional sales and managing client books preferred
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Be comfortable reaching out to customers to make follow-up connections and / or recommendations when new items arrive in-store
- Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus (selling, appraising)
