- Competitive base pay : $25 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and license
- Chauffeurs License and valid MDOT required (company will assist in acquiring both)

- Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.Team Member Responsibilities
- Drive Non CDL salt trucks to distribute salt and de-icing materials on commercial parking lots
- Monitor weather conditions and aprking lot surfaces to ensure timely response
- Play a vital role in keeping our community safe during winter
- Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
- Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner
- Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning
- Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed
- Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitationPosition Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
