Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote healthy growth of plants and grass
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the appearance of the landscape
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns and gardens
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months
- Assist with hardscape projects such as building retaining walls or installing walkways
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of different types of plants, trees, and grasses
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
