This position will perform functions essential to the health and growth of our product partners through monitoring automation, reducing toil, and building resilience into our infrastructure and APIs. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate and committed to designing, building, and maintaining high-performance Linux and cloud-based systems and communications infrastructure.
The core pillars of cloud operations are :
- Maintain and build external and internal cloud services achieving agreed-upon SLI, SLO, and SLA
- Assist in root administration of complex cloud environments (primarily AWS)
- Evangelize and implement best practices like Automation, Continuous Integration, and Deployment (CI / CD), Monitoring and Testing
- Encourage automated secret management
- Build and maintain systems that are fault-tolerant and resilient.
