The Vice President, Business Operations – AI Transformation will be responsible for designing and overseeing the operational systems that drive the successful execution of AI transformation initiatives across global account teams. This role will serve as both a strategic partner and operational architect, ensuring all transformation work is prioritized, efficiently executed, and continuously optimized. The VP will also be accountable for project tracking, cross-team collaboration, and refining processes based on real-world execution and lessons learned.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Operations & Prioritization
- Develop and implement systems to track and manage all in-progress transformation work , ensuring clear visibility into status, dependencies, and risks.
- Partner with the AI Transformation Lead to strategically prioritize and stagger transformation rollouts based on resource availability, business impact, and readiness.
- Establish a framework for balancing concurrent transformation efforts while mitigating bottlenecks and operational risks.

Why This Role is Critical
Salary : $105,000 - $175,000 a year. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
