Role Summary :

Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a DME Inventory Specialist in Louisville, KY .

Key Responsibilities :

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

• Collaborates with Sales and Field Service to manage assigned territory and meet operational targets / metrics.
• Performs routine evaluation of customer clinic needs and works with Sales and Field Service Teams to improve DME program performance.
• Takes the lead in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise at customer clinic locations.
• Effectively communicates with customers, responding appropriately to business scenarios and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluates workflows and communication tools, searching for new ways to improve and accomplish goals through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic / hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.
