As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a background in healthcare reimbursement to join Enovis as a RCM Audit Specialist based out of our Lewisville, TX office. This role is responsible for supporting RCM audit request and billing functions. This position works collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external teams to accurately and efficient resolve outstanding accounts receivable. Reviews and prepares audit documentation and submits within timely manner to appropriate auditing entity. Performs collections for RCM Department related to cash collections, aged accounts receivables, and denials. Reviews claims with outstanding balances and identifies actions to successfully collect revenues. Presents unresolved patient concerns to Management for escalation and resolution. Follows up with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances while providing exceptional customer service focused on building enduring business relationships. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE? High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience medical billing and collections required. Must demonstrate keen attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of audits and DME billing requirements. WILL YOU BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL? This position does not require travel. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Typical office environment. Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
