DKP Clinical Pharmacy Services Director 

Full-time, in-house position near Indianapolis

DKP is seeking a dynamic, client-facing leader to oversee and grow our Clinical Pharmacy Services business line. As the Director, you will lead strategic clinical services programs, focusing on emerging treatments in oncology, rare diseases, and cell and gene therapies. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful clinical services, drive business development, and help patients get the life-changing treatments they deserve. 

WHAT YOU’LL (MOSTLY) DO:  

• Lead clinical services strategy and growth opportunities. 

• Educate teams and clients on emerging treatments and clinical differentiators. 

• Manage relationships with schools of pharmacy and oversee student rotations. 

• Collaborate with leadership to align service offerings with long-term goals. 

• Drive revenue growth, client engagement, and business development efforts. 

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients in drug development. 

Qualifications: 

• Pharmacy degree (RPh, PharmD required), BCOP specialization a plus 

• 7 years of experience in oncology/specialty drugs; 2 years of people management 

• Strong background in biopharma, commercial planning, and reimbursement processes 

• Proven client engagement skills and the ability to build lasting relationships 

• Expertise in clinical strategy, project management, and business development
