SCOPE : Event Staff Security Officers utilize their outstanding customer service skills to provide crowd control services for events such as concerts, sporting events, trade shows and conferences at various locations. Event Staff Security Officers ensure the safety of patrons, employees, and visitors at large (and small) scale events.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES : As an Event Staff Dock Worker at DK Security, your duties are determined by the client location. Some responsibilities include :
Safety and wellbeing of patrons, guests, and performers.Hospitality Security brand with all clients, guests, and co-workers.Access ControlMust follow venue specific guidelines.Foot PatrolChecking / Directing trucks in and out of loading docksReading and planning work ordersSUCCESS as a Security Officer at DK Security will look like :
Reliability - Report for your shift on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform.Friendly Personality - Being able to balance our expectations of outstanding customer service while maintaining client policies and enforcing rules.Following Company and Client Policies - Be able to read and interpret written post guidelines, follow procedures as outlined and ensure all tasks are completed throughout the shift.Use of De-escalation Techniques - Being able to defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics.QUALIFICATIONS :
