Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Specialist at DK Security. The Security Specialist will be responsible for implementing security measures, managing physical and network security, and ensuring information security protocols are in place to protect our clients. Strong communication skills are essential for this role to effectively liaise with internal teams and clients.

Shift Opening: 3rd shift, must be available between the hours of 12:00 AM to 8:00AM, Monday through Friday. This position is full-time (40 hours per week).
Rate of Pay: $16.50/hour (set by contract, non-negotiable)
LOCATION: Bellefontaine, OH
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent education certification, such as a GED, per MCL 338.1067 §17(2)
• Must be able to pass a drug screening at the time of hire and randomly thereafter (including for marijuana). Since our company contracts with the federal government, we must comply to federal laws regarding the use of marijuana, regardless of whether it is used recreationally or medicinally.
• Must not have been convicted of any felonies, per MCL 338.1060 §10(1)(c).
• Must not have been convicted of any misdemeanors related to dishonesty, fraud, impersonation of law enforcement, assault, weapons, unauthorized sale of information or evidence, controlled substances (including for marijuana), or two or more alcohol related offenses, per MCL 338.1060 §10(1)(c).
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk, including up and down stairs, for 8-12 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. (Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. for armed work).
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and AED certified (Child, Infant, and Adult), or willing to become certified and be physically capable of administering lifesaving care when needed.
• Must be able to see clearly at least 20 feet away (assisted with glasses or contact lenses if necessary).
• Must be able to hear conversations in loud environments either in-person or via radio.
• Must be able to use a smart mobile phone or computer to check emails and complete online training.
• Must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be professional and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent personal integrity and a positive attitude.
• Must complete required trainings on time and adhere to all client and company policies
