As a Surgical Customer Service Representative, you will be trusted to work on customer service and order management at our Copenhagen location.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with the Customer Operations team to manage and distribute orders efficiently.
- Overseeing dashboards and phone inquiries to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitoring and resolving customer inquiries, including product complaints and incidents.
- Reconciling accounts and following up on deliveries from carriers and backorders.
- Processing returns and pickups efficiently.
- Managing destruction requests and addressing debit/credit issues.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Experience: Experience in customer service and order management.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous, but not required. Proficiency in Office programs.
- Behaviors: Strong multitasking and analytical skills. Commitment to quality and ensuring "first-time right" outcomes. Excellent team player in a multicultural work environment.
- Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus.
