Lawn Care Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn maintenance, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties, ensuring that lawns and gardens are healthy, attractive, and well-kept throughout the seasons.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
• Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting, fertilizing, and watering plants and trees.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as necessary.
• Assist in building and maintaining garden beds, ensuring proper soil health and plant selection.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in lawn care and landscaping.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
• Knowledge of snow plowing techniques is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
