Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for 2025. This position will enable the CSO to focus on strategic initiatives by managing administrative, operational, and client support tasks. Key responsibilities include email and calendar management, report preparation, interaction with internal teams, and client engagement. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison between the CSO and stakeholders, leveraging tools like Monday to streamline workflows and support the company’s mission of scaling internal product offerings and expanding into larger markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily emails, prioritize urgent matters, and respond promptly.
- Organize the CSO's calendar and schedule important key meetings.
- Draft and send professional emails for loans and term sheets.
- Compile accurate data and run lien reports for CRM.
- Schedule events effectively and draft detailed agendas with team stats.
- Oversee engaging social media content and schedule posts strategically.
- Collaborate closely with collections team to address urgent cases.
- Coordinate thoughtful client outreach, meetings, campaigns, and client appreciation.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports analyzing trends and performance metrics.
- Interact regularly with teams to resolve customer and loan issues.
- Use Monday software to track tasks, collaborate, and align key priorities.
- Coordinate efficiently with teams to scale and drive volume growth.
