What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at DKI Homecookin' & Steakhouse?
Du Kum Inn Restaurant in Sullivan, MO is looking for one busser to join our 25 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. This is a PART-TIME position perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people and helping make their day better. Experience is not necessary, but RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each customer
- Clean, sanitize tables and surrounding areas.
- Reset tables filling napkins and condiments when needed
- Refill drinks as necessary
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station
- Greet and seat Customers when necessary
- Checking out customers via register/POS system
- Phone Etiquette - Polite, friendly.
- Taking/Checking TO-GO orders using an ipad/POS system.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests
- Dedication to working as a team towards one goal
- Great customer service skills
- Multitasking, high energy, friendly under pressure are a MUST!
- Basic Computer Skills and ability to make change are very helpful.
- Ability to walk quickly, carry full dish containers, etc.
- No food allergies or allergies to cleaning products.
- Vehicle or reliable transportation is mandatory.
