We are a young firm with exponential growth that has many opportunities for the right person to excel within its operation. This will involve working on a diversity of projects, often times with challenging existing conditions to consider. The Candidate will need a strong understanding or desire to learn about all aspects related to the front side design programming to development of Construction Documents. It is important for the new team member to accept responsibility for their projects while ensuring the quality of the work product meets DKK Standards. In short, DKK is not looking for an employee, we are looking for a team member ready to make an impact!

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Structural Elements and Connections
- Use CAD Software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) to create, modify, update, and manage technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and designs for various projects
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deliver designs on time and within budget
- Understanding of the current Florida Building Code
- Civil, Structural, and Architectural Design experience
- Ensure all drawings and designs comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications
- Assist with revisions and design changes based on feedback from project teams or clients
- Produce residential renovation projects, including home additions, remodels, and structural alterations
- Team Coordination skills and attention to detail
- Organizational and Prioritization skills to enhance project delivery
- Ensure the quality of the work product meets DKK Standards
- Capability to address agency comments for permit approval is a plus
- Understanding of the current Florida Building Code is a plus
