Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference in people's lives? We are seeking a Senior Property Claims Representative to join our field claims team. In this role, you will provide a consistent, positive, and satisfying claims experience by properly investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling property claims. You’ll have the opportunity to use innovative technologies, such as drones for property inspections, and virtual claim handling software to guide clients safely and expertly through the claim process.

This position involves full-time fieldwork within the designated territory, including St. Cloud, Brainerd, and Northern Minnesota.

• Key Responsibilities:**
• Investigate claims to determine applicable policy coverage, evaluate, negotiate, and settle assigned claims.
• Initiate contact with insureds, claimants, and relevant parties to gather information, obtain recorded statements (when necessary), and explain the claims process.
• Conduct physical and/or virtual inspections of damaged property, evaluate damages, and prepare written estimates in accordance with policy provisions and liability.
• Qualifications:**
• Multilingual skills are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Xactimate, and/or other claims estimating software.
• Knowledgeable in residential and commercial construction techniques.
• Ability to work from home with a mobile office/company vehicle for transportation to appointments.
• Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive an automobile.
• Physical dexterity to walk, reach, climb, and crawl to inspect damage, sometimes in unfavorable conditions or inclement weather.
• Ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders weighing up to 50 pounds for roof inspections may be required.
• Availability for catastrophic duty when called upon.

• Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
