We have an existing sales territory and are currently looking for someone within the Powersports industry to come aboard and interact with our Dealer Network and continue to grow the business. Who we Need:
If you are currently working in a Powersports Dealership and looking to get outside the same four walls and share your enthusiasm and passion with other great dealers surrounding the area, then this position is perfect for you!
Applicant must have 2 years minimum as F&I Manager/Sales Manager in a successful Franchise Powersports operation and be able to demonstrate F&I and Store knowledge that includes:
- Menu Selling
- Knowledge of Industry Products
- Bank/Lender Relations
- Packaging Deals
- Lightspeed EVO DMS
The candidate must be able to travel, unencumbered, to the surrounding states in this territory. Overnight travel is a requirement. Your energy and experience will be critical to your success as well as interaction with staff in our current stores and when prospecting new clients! SO…. We are looking for “A” game every day!!
You must be proficient at verbal communication and cold calling as this will be a requirement of this position. Growth of this territory is a HUGE opportunity! Therefore, much of your time will be spent seeking new business. This requires an individual who can handle rejection and not let it interfere with territory goals.
Income development within the store is also expected. The candidate must be able to “roll their sleeves up” and demonstrate our selling and objection handling techniques to the clients to provide accountability and earn respect of those trained. Must be proficient with tracking of in-store results and able to project for Dealer where the store is heading based on current training and sales trends. Must also be able to interact seamlessly with parts, service, accounting and sales etc. Relationships built within the stores are critical to overall success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to Negotiate and Close Deals with Decision Maker
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving abilities
- Able to move the Needle within the store for F&I Profit
- Determine sales trends in the store in real time and make necessary adjustments to maximize F&I penetrations
- Use CRM software

Pay: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year guarantee 1st year pay
